Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with B&T Dexterity Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas.
2. Complaint & Refund Policy
Refunds: All services rendered are final. No refunds—partial or full—will be issued once the service has been completed.
Complaints: Any complaints or service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and will be addressed through adjustments or corrective service only, at the sole discretion of B&T Dexterity Cleaning Service. No monetary refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may result in full service charges.
Lockouts (where our team arrives but cannot access the property) are considered late cancellations and may also result in full service charges.
4. Pricing and Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may be adjusted if the condition of the home requires significantly more time than anticipated, or if additional services are requested upon arrival. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with the extra work.
5. Safety and Working Conditions
To ensure the safety of our team, we request that the property is free of hazardous materials, biohazards, and unrestrained aggressive pets. Our team members will not climb higher than a two-step stool and will not move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs) to prevent injury and damage to your property.
6. Liability
B&T Dexterity Cleaning Services LLC is fully licensed and insured. We treat your home with the utmost care; however, if damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the item. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, or normal wear and tear.
