Cancellation All cancellations must
be
made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late
cancellations may result in full service charges.
Refunds
All services rendered are
final.
No refunds—partial or full—will be issued once the service has been
completed.
Complaints
Any complaints or service
concerns
must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and will be
addressed through adjustments or corrective service only, at the sole discretion of B&T
Dexterity Cleaning Service. No monetary refunds will be provided.
